Orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking numbers provided at the time of shipment. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, as both USPS and UPS require a physical (residential or business) address for delivery. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Crescent Down Works is not responsible for shipping charges on items that are being exchanged for another size or similar product, or for customs fees (duties/taxes) incurred from importing goods. In the event a package is refused by the customer, all shipping charges and return shipping charges will be withheld from a customer's refund. Shipping rates are as follows:
Orders will ship within 5-7 business days upon purchase. Delays are expected during the Holiday season and can take up to 2 weeks. All orders except the 'free shipping' option will be sent with a signature confirmation delivery service. To make any additional arrangements, please email info@crescentdownworks.com.
**Package theft is becoming increasingly common. As we cannot replace/refund lost items due to theft we recommend having someone available to receive your package or creating an account with the UPS/USPS to reroute the delivery. A signature confirmation delivery is available and can be added to your order.
International orders will be shipped through UPS. International Customers must provide a telephone number in the checkout form. If the telephone number is not provided we will request a phone number via email. The product will not ship until the phone number has been confirmed.
