There are two ways to order from us:

Select from our line of available styles for AW2026 season. All styles are available throughout the year and orders can be placed at any time. We require a 50% deposit to hold the order and full payment at the time of shipping. 

Minimum purchase amount is $5000 and re-orders are $2500. There are no piece minimums. Buyers are responsible for shipping cost, duty fees, and taxes associated with purchase.

Crescent Down Works’ Made-to-Order (MTO) program builds on our decades-long history as a small, nimble Seattle factory capable of producing high-quality outerwear in small batches. Because we control every step of production in-house, we can offer limited-run assortments and selective customizations while maintaining the craftsmanship and design language that define our brand.

This program is ideal for retailers who appreciate Crescent Down Works’ core styles and want subtle enhancements—such as customer-supplied fabrics or trims, a unique collar or pocket detail, or a collaborative label—without veering far from our established silhouettes and aesthetic.

All wholesale custom orders are made to order with a 35-piece minimum per order (across styles and colors) and a 3-unit minimum per style/size. Orders typically begin around $7,000 USD. We do not offer private-label manufacturing or work from outside patterns.
