Thank you for supporting our small business! Each order is carefully handled to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly. Here’s what you need to know:

Carriers & Tracking: Orders ship via USPS or UPS, with tracking numbers provided when your package leaves our hands. If you're shipping to a PO Box, USPS will be used.

Customer Responsibilities: If a package is refused or undeliverable, the original and return shipping costs will be deducted from refunds. Crescent Down Works isn’t able to cover exchange shipping or customs fees (duties/taxes), so please double-check shipping details before completing your order.

Shipping Times: Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days, but during the holiday season, it might take up to a week. We promise to keep you updated on any delays! Please contact us if you have an expedited timeline and allow for processing times.

Package Security: To prevent theft, please ensure someone is available to receive the package, create a UPS/USPS account for rerouting, or opt for signature confirmation during checkout.
International Shipping

Contact Information: International orders require a valid phone number for delivery. We’ll contact you if it's missing, and your order won’t ship until this is resolved.

Customer Responsibilities: International customers are responsible for rejected package charges, return shipping, and customs fees. We’ll do our best to assist, but these costs are outside of our control.
Return Policy
We want you to love your Crescent Down Works items! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most items, excluding final sale items and those purchased with Blue Moon promotional codes. Items must be in unworn, new condition with applicable tags and include your packing slip.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. It can take 3–10 days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return Procedure: Complete our Return Form to get started. For exchanges, email us at info@crescentdownworks.com to reserve stock.

Customer Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we’re not liable for lost returns without proof of delivery.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled for reasons like insufficient materials or suspected fraud. If this happens, we’ll issue a full refund and explain the situation.

Discount Codes: Codes apply only to non-final sale items and must be used during the promotion. Unfortunately, we can’t apply codes retroactively.

Because we craft our items in small batches, we limit discount codes to the designated sale period. This ensures everyone gets a fair chance to snag their favorites. Early use of codes could reduce stock for others, so we appreciate your understanding!
